For a city fit-out, warehouse job or residential project, include the full address and the entrance the delivery vehicle should use. Describe loading zones, shared driveways, building access and any booked unloading windows.
If access is managed by a building or site team, include the contact and the times they can receive equipment. Flag restricted vehicle access and any limits on where a truck can stop before transport is quoted.
Include the quantity, equipment requirements and requested start and finish dates. If you have a preferred model, add it to the request. The actual machine, delivery arrangements and quote need confirmation before a booking.
