The right equipment.
For your job.
Hiring a forklift starts with the load and the place it needs to go. Explore the forklift catalogue, then tell Rentier about your site, dates and material-handling requirement.
Match the truck to the load
Include the heaviest load, its dimensions, the required lift height and any attachment requirements. A nominal capacity label is not enough to establish suitability for every load. The selected machine’s capacity and configuration need to be checked against the task.
Warehouse, yard or construction site?
Describe the surface, aisle widths, doorway clearance and indoor or outdoor use. Record any restrictions on fuel type, ventilation or emissions. Give the delivery team the site address and access information when you submit your requirement.
Short-term or ongoing forklift hire
Use your requested start and finish dates to describe a one-off job or a longer requirement. The offer should specify charging periods, delivery and collection, extras and GST. If you expect the dates to change, raise this before accepting so extension and end-of-hire terms can be explained.
