Record the load weight and dimensions, placing height and horizontal reach. These requirements need to be considered together against the specific machine and attachment. A headline lifting capacity does not establish capacity at every reach.
Describe the surface, access route, working space and any preferred attachment. Include site restrictions and your planned delivery window. The final configuration, suitability and availability must be confirmed before the equipment is booked.
Do not assume it is. Specify the attachment you need and check that the offer identifies it and any additional charges.
Submitting a request does not reserve a machine. Confirmation follows the agreed offer and the relevant supplier and funding checks.
