The right equipment.
For your job.
For a job that needs height and outreach, start with the position of the work and the space around it. Rentier helps you put those details into an equipment hire request.
Include reach as well as height
Describe the horizontal distance to the work, obstacles and where the machine could be positioned. Height alone is not enough to select a boom lift. Add drawings or measurements in your request notes where useful, and have the final choice checked against the offered model’s operating envelope.
Plan access and delivery
Record access widths, overhead restrictions, surface conditions and any limits on where transport can unload. Tell us whether the job is indoors or outdoors and identify site-specific restrictions. Availability and suitability are confirmed for the actual machine, rather than inferred from a catalogue picture.
Keep the quote clear
Specify the hire dates and any preferred delivery window. Before accepting an offer, check the equipment description, hire period, transport charges, applicable extras and GST. A requested time window is not a confirmed delivery appointment.
